Meeting Prep AI was developed through a collaboration between SALT Lab at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and easyReportPRO, combining academic rigor with clinical expertise.
As co-founder of easyReportPRO, Dr. Michelle Boisvert brings extensive experience in school-based SLP services. Motivated by a commitment to reducing specialist burnout through better technology, she serves as the clinical advisor for Meeting Prep AI — ensuring every feature reflects how real SLPs think, prepare, and communicate in IEP meetings. Meeting Prep AI was built from scratch with her direct supervision and testing.
Yun Huang is an Associate Professor at the School of Information Sciences, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she co-directs the SALT Lab. Her research spans human computer interaction, social computing systems, and inclusive technology. Her work on building AI systems that support domain experts in high-stakes workflows directly motivated the development of Meeting Prep AI.
Senior at UIUC studying Computer Science and Economics. Built Meeting Prep AI end-to-end, with expertise in LLM fine-tuning, multi-agent AI systems with LangChain, and end-to-end ML pipelines. Research focuses on NLP, time series AI, and data-centric AI.
Doctoral student at UIUC researching human-AI collaboration and AI-powered systems for domain experts. Her work on LLM-powered agent evaluation frameworks informed Meeting Prep AI's multi-agent simulation design.
Sophomore at UIUC pursuing Data Science and Information Science. Passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights. Experienced in building scalable ML pipelines and models on AWS, improving data processing efficiency and prediction accuracy.
