2. Information We Collect

Your session data is only stored locally in your browser during active use. We do not permanently store or share your IEP meeting preparation content.

We seek to collect only the information necessary to operate and improve AgentsClaw and related AI-assisted clinical planning features.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you use the Service, the following information may be collected to fulfill your requests:

  • IEP-related preferences and inputs (e.g. meeting goals, uploaded IEP documents, or similar planning data).
  • Optional account or profile information if you sign in (e.g., name, email address).
  • Communications you send us (e.g., support emails, feedback forms).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: to estimate LLM token usage and prepare for billing.

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage or analytics tags) to maintain security and prevent misuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Service, including AI-assisted IEP meeting preparation and multi-agent simulation features.
  • To maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To communicate with you about updates, support, or important notices related to the Service, if you provide contact details.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services we use include: Azure (hosting) and OpenAI (LLM). You should review their respective privacy policies.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you reside, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal data transferred internationally.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Usage logs and analytics data are retained for 12 months in aggregate form.
  • Contact and account information are retained while your account or relationship with AgentsClaw is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for archiving and legal compliance.

We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal data when it is no longer needed.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including: Access, Correction, Deletion, Restriction, Portability, Objection, and the right to Withdraw consent.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adult users (specifically licensed SLPs and educators) and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.

These Terms govern access to AgentsClaw, including IEP meeting preparation, multi-agent simulation, document analysis, and optional sign-in features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentsClaw and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Service Operator

The Service is operated by the AgentsClaw Team for IEP meeting preparation and SLP clinical workflow support.

3. Description of the Service

The Service provides AI-assisted IEP meeting preparation tools, including multi-agent stakeholder simulation, document analysis, evidence-based response generation, and clinical planning features. Some features may rely on third-party services such as hosted AI models. We may add, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.

5. Accounts and Sign-In

Some features may allow or require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service or its security controls.
  • Automate excessive requests, including scraping or abusive use of AI-backed endpoints.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, server resources, or connected services.
  • Upload or submit content intended to break, manipulate, or exploit AI or simulation features.

7. User Content and Inputs

"User Content" includes any inputs, notes, uploaded IEP documents, or other information you submit through the Service. You retain rights in your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

8. AI and Experimental Features

The Service may include experimental features such as AI-generated IEP preparation suggestions, stakeholder simulations, or clinical recommendations. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for important clinical decisions. You should independently verify important information against official sources and professional judgment.

9. Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may incorporate or link to third-party services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and interface elements, is owned by us or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, educational, or clinical research purposes.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular clinical use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms or creating security risk.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be brought in state or federal courts in Illinois.
